Find the leak before the wall comes open.
Free leak inspections in Los Angeles and the Valley, 24 hours. If the trouble is a drain, we say so and clean the line instead of chasing a pipe that is not leaking.

Leak detectionSix jobs
The first visit sorts them. A stain on the ceiling is not automatically a slab leak.
How the free inspection goes.
01A stain is not a location.
02The meter tells us if water is moving while every fixture is off.
03Opening the wall is the repair. It is not the inspection.

The inspection is the visit that decides. A washer on a faucet is not a new slab. A main line full of grease is not a supply leak. We do not sell the larger job to explain the smaller one.

Before you book.
Yes. The look is free: meter, listening, and a plain answer. Repair, opening a wall, and drain cleaning are separate and priced after we know which one it is.
We say so. A slow kitchen, a tub that gurgles, or a floor drain that speaks when the washer runs is drain cleaning, not leak detection. That work is on the drain page.
No. The first visit marks the spot and explains it. Opening drywall or concrete happens only after you approve that repair.

If water is running and you cannot find the fixture, shut the house valve at the meter. Leave it off until we test. Do not keep cycling it to see if the stain grows.
